Een avond van kunst voor sociale verandering, en hoop als verzet.

In tijden van wanhoop is hoop radicaal. Amalna herinnert je eraan hoe kunst die hoop kan aanwakkeren en zo een instrument van verzet kan worden.

We nodigen je uit in een ruimte waar hoop verzet wordt, en kunst een katalysator voor sociale verandering. Je wordt geraakt door verhalen van onrecht en geïnspireerd door degenen die zich inzetten om dit te bestrijden — met muziek, fotografie, dans en spoken word. Deze avond is de lancering van Amalna Collective: een nieuwe gemeenschap van kunstenaars die kunst inzetten als activisme. Je gaat naar huis met een hernieuwd gevoel van urgentie en inspiratie, een glimp van wat dit collectief kan worden — en een uitnodiging om mee te doen aan de beweging voor verandering.

In times of despair, hope is radical. Amalna will remind you how art can ignite that hope, and in doing so, become a tool of resistance.

We invite you into a space where hope becomes resistance, and art a catalyst for social change. You’ll be moved by stories of injustice and inspired by those who dedicate themselves to fighting it — through music, photography, dance and spoken word. This evening marks the launch of Amalna Collective: a new community of artists using art as activism. You will leave with a renewed sense of urgency and inspiration, a glimpse of what this collective can become — and an invitation to join the movement for change.
